This adorable 1950s Clover musical powder box is in excellent condition and comes with the original puff & sifter. The music box has a lid decorated with high quality mother of pearl. Totally gorgeous & it plays very well. Superbly made with a good bevelled mirror. The brass all gilt and shiny. The puff has the gilt motif of the Clover brand. The powder well door is signed 'Clover' and bears the Clover logo. This powder box has never been used with powder and so the puff and sifter are pristine. The brass is a deep rich gold & the base has an attractive brushed / satinized finish. Measures almost 3" X 2" & weighs 114.5 grams.
